Terms and Conditions:
We’re so glad you’ve chosen FIESTA FACTORY to help celebrate your special event! To make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a fantastic time, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Reservation:
• Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
• Travel fees may apply to cover expenses. If applicable, these will be invoiced prior to your event.
• Payment signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Need to cancel:
28+ days before your event: You’ll receive a full refund.
14–27 days before your event: A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% can be issued as a gift voucher, valid for 12 months from your original event date.
Less than 14 days’ notice: A 100% cancellation fee applies, as we’ve already committed time, administration, resources, and entertainers.
• We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, booking errors, or events affected by external circumstances.
Need to reschedule instead of cancel due the bad weather?
• We love sunshine as much as you do, but unfortunately, we can’t control the weather! If you're planning an outdoor party, we strongly recommend having a backup plan (like an indoor space or marquee).
We’re happy to help where possible!
$0 fee for reschedules made 28+ days in advance
$80 fee for reschedules made 14–27 days in advance
$110 fee with less than 14 days’ notice.
• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking, and new dates are subject to availability.
• As FIESTA FACTORY is not government-supported rescheduling/cancellations due to COVID is subject to the same fees and timeframes outlined above.
3. Event Duration:
• You’re more than welcome to request your entertainer to stay longer at your event. $60 for an extra 30 minutes, payable in cash on the day. This option is available if the entertainer does not have another party booked after your event.
• If the event finishes earlier than expected by the client, no refunds will be given.
4. Additional Children and Activity Limitations
• All of our party packages include up to 15 kids.
• Extra kids? No problem! Just $8 per child.
• If the number of children exceeds what was booked, we may need to adjust activities/times.
• Face painting can be added to certain packages for an additional cost. Please note that this option is only available for packages that do not already include face painting.
• Activities may vary depending on group dynamics, age range, and interests—we tailor the experience to create maximum fun!
5. Safety and Liability:
• FIESTA FACTORY holds Public Liability/Performers Liability Insurance.
• All FIESTA FACTORY team members hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), so you can feel confident knowing your event is in safe and trusted hands.
• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult during the entire event, who will be accountable for their safety and well-being.
• The client agrees to indemnify Fiesta Factory against any claims, damages, or injuries related to the event.
• FIESTA FACTORY is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the event.
• The client must inform Fiesta Factory of any special requirements, such as allergies or medical conditions.
• Face Painting & Skin Reactions: We use non-toxic, hypoallergenic, vegan face paints. Parents are responsible for checking for allergies. Face painting will not be provided for contagious diseases or certain skin conditions.
• Bubble activities are only suitable for outdoor spaces with safe surfaces (concrete or grass). If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll substitute a different activity—no refunds are provided in this case.
6. Conduct and Behavior:
• Our entertainers are here to create fun and positive experiences. If any child behaves aggressively or in a way that could cause harm to themselves or others, including aggression, bullying, or actions that endanger the safety, we may need to pause or stop activities. This will be at the entertainer’s discretion.
7. Equipment and Space Requirements:
• For outdoor events, a suitable indoor backup space must be available in case of bad weather (see point 2: rescheduling)
• For face painting or craft activities, we’ll need access to a table and chairs or similar workspace to make work our magic.
8. Photo and Video Release:
• We may capture some magical moments at your event for promotional purposes (like on our website or socials). If you’d prefer we didn’t take any photos or videos, just let us know beforehand—we’re happy to respect your wishes.
9. Privacy Policy:
• We respect your privacy, and we only collect the personal information we need to communicate with you and manage your booking.
• Your data is safe with us—we never share your details with third parties unless legally required.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
• By booking with FIESTA FACTORY, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions — and we agree to bring the fun, energy, and a whole lot of smiles.
Our Fiesta Factory promise:
We design each package with a variety of fun activities, but our entertainers are experts at reading the room. If the kids are absolutely loving something (like bubbles!), we may spend more time on that and adjust the schedule to keep the energy high and the smiles wide.
Our priority is to make your celebration unforgettable, to create joy and excitement for the kids. We will always put their happiness first rather than simply following a set list!
